Long time admirer here. Wanted to post a while ago, but kinda got intimidated seeing all those beautiful food pics. Might not be worthy of food porn but here is something I made. It's a side dish native to my country, India as well as our brother Pakistan. Pindi chole, it's a gravy based side dish.
